Configuring your platform data helps search engines (Google, Bing) and AI tools recognize your website as a legitimate entity, preventing it from being misclassified as spam.
Step 1: Update Site Title and Tagline
Go to Settings > General.
Site Title: Enter your exact brand name (e.g., Sapa Local Guide). Do not stuff SEO keywords here. This name must 100% match the name on your Logo.
Tagline: Write a single sentence (under 145 characters) describing your core solution.
Click Save Changes.
Step 2: Declare SEO Entity
Go to SEO > Knowledge Graph.
Choose your entity type:
Person: If this is an expert blog or personal brand.
Organization: If this is a company or business.
Display Name: Re-enter the exact brand name from Step 1.
Image: Upload a clear portrait photo (for Person) or a square Logo (for Organization).
Click Save Changes.
Step 3: Sync Author Profile
Go to Users > Profile.
Under Display name publicly as: Select your brand name or real name. Never leave it as "admin".
Write 3-4 sentences detailing your expertise in the Biographical Info section. (Tip: Use the same bio from your Facebook/LinkedIn to help AI easily match your profiles).
Paste your social media URLs into the corresponding fields.
Click Update Profile.
